1. Unconfirmed orders

If your order is not yet confirmed, meaning a specific driver has not been yet assigned, you can cancel your booking at any time without incurring any charges. No amount will be deducted from your account.

2. Confirmed orders with due date of more than 24 hours before departure:

If your order is confirmed and the due date is more than 24 hours before departure, you can still cancel your booking. You will receive a refund, excluding our service fee (usually 20% of the total amount paid).

2. Confirmed orders with due date of more than 24 hours after departure:

If your order is confirmed and the due date is less than 24 hours before departure, you can still cancel your booking with the following conditions:

Cancellation in the last 24 hours before departure: you will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid, excluding our service fee. In turn, the driver will be compensated 50% due to the short notice cancellation.

Cancellation within the last 4 hours after departure: you will lose the entire amount. The driver will be compensated 100% since it's a last-minute cancellation.

Please note that repeated cancellations (three in a row) may result in your account being temporarily suspended or blocked to ensure fairness to our drivers.
